Unconditionally Loved
In a world filled with chaos and uncertainty, one thing remains constant and unwavering: God's love. It is a love that surpasses all understanding and defies human comprehension. God's love is a profound and transformative force that has the power to heal, restore, and bring hope in the midst of despair. Daughter of God, I know that love feels so unattainable and very much like a Disney fairytale, but it isn’t. Why? Because God created you in His love, therefore, it will never part from you. If you have found that you are unsure of what God’ love, actually looks/feels like, read on………….
Unconditional Love:
God's love is unconditional, meaning it is not based on our actions or worthiness. It is a love that extends to every individual, regardless of their past mistakes, flaws, or shortcomings. It is a love that embraces us in our brokenness and offers forgiveness and redemption. God's love is not earned; it is freely given to all who seek it.
Ever-Present Love:
God's love is not limited by time or distance. It transcends all barriers and is constantly with us. In moments of joy, God's love celebrates with us. In times of sorrow, God's love provides comfort and solace. No matter where we are or what we are going through, God's love remains steadfast and unwavering.
Sacrificial Love:
God's love is demonstrated through the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Through His death on the cross, God displayed His love for humanity in its purest form. Jesus willingly laid down His life to reconcile us to God and offer us eternal life. This sacrificial love serves as a reminder of the depth and extent to which God is willing to go to express His love for us.
Transformative Love:
God's love has the power to transform lives. When we experience God's love, it changes us from the inside out. It breaks chains of bondage, heals wounds, and brings about a renewed sense of purpose and identity. God's love empowers us to love others selflessly and to live a life that reflects His love to the world.
Sis, God's love is an incredible gift that surpasses any human understanding or capability. It is a love that knows no boundaries, conditions, or limitations. It is a love that offers hope, grace, and forgiveness. When we embrace God's love, we are forever changed. Let us strive to live in the overflow of His love and share it with others, for in doing so, we become vessels of His love in a world that desperately needs it.
”Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing. Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away. But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away. When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known. And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.“ I Corinthians 13:1-8, 10-13 NKJV
